PROJECT:LEISURE ACTIVITY
Leisure or free time is a period of time we spend
out of work and do favourite activity, such as:
Reading books
Listening to music Playing football
PROJECT:LEISURE ACTIVITY
But the activity we are interested in is swimming
Swimming is an individual or team sport
activity . There are many types of swimming,
for examples:
Butterfly Swimming
Backstroke
Breaststroke
Crawl
So why should we
swim ?
Firstly, it helps us taller , stay in shape and healthier
By practicing swimming, asthma is reduced
Swimming helps us to have a supple body, healthy,
Bones treatment obesity.
Swimming also helps us to treat insomnia,
reduce the risk of injury to joints.
Swimming is very beneficial for the human respiratory
and circulatory.
Secondly,
swimming helps us
to relax after hard
studying hours.
We can swim with friends
on the weekends and in the
summer, too.
Besides, swimming helps us to
relieve pressure and stress
effectively.
For these reasons, we think all of students should
use their leisure time to swim. Is the good idea?
Our group are going to hold a day of swimming
next Saturday at Tho Vinh swimming pool. It is
about 3 P.M.
To join with us, you should prepare some items,
for example:
Swimming
Swimming glasses
suit
Swimming cap
