Sự chủ động, độc lập, linh hoạt của giáo viên trong việc thiết kế nội
dung, cách thức dạy học sao cho phù hợp với khả năng, tình hình
học tập thực tế của học sinh. Điều này giúp học sinh giảm bớt khó
khăn do sự quá tải về độ khó và độ dài của nội dung kiến thức
sách giáo khoa.
Không phụ thuộc một cách máy móc, khuôn sáo vào nội dung, quy
trình, các bước dạy học… trong sách giáo khoa, sách giáo viên,
sách hướng dẫn phương pháp, các chuyên đề được tập huấn, các
giáo án sao chép…; mà phải chọn lọc những gì phù hợp với thực
tế học tập của học sinh và có những sáng tạo riêng để giảng dạy.
Cần tránh dạy học áp đặt một chiều, dạy hết nội dung kiến thức
trong bài học, bất luận nội dung đó có phù hợp với học sinh hay
không.

* Tape transcript:
Our oceans are becoming extremely polluted. Most of
this pollution comes from the land, which means it
comes from people. Firstly, there is raw sewage, which
is pumped directly into the sea. Many countries, both
developed and developing, are guilty of doing this.
Secondly, ships drop about 6 tons of garbage into the
sea each year. Thirdly, there are oil spills from from
ships. A ship has an accident and oil leaks from the
vessel. This not only polluted the water, but it also kills
marine life. Next, there are waste materials from
factories. Without proper regulation,
regulation factory owners let
the waste run directly into the rivers, which then leads to
the sea. And finally, oil is washed from the land. This can
be the results of carelessness or a deliberate dumping of
waste.
