Nuclear Family
A nuclear family or elementary family is a family group consisting of a pair of adults and their children

In today`s traditional nuclear families, it is common to have dual incomes. Both parents work to provide financial stability for the household, creating a larger cash flow to supply the basic family needs of housing, food and healthcare.
Extended Family
An extended family is a family that extends beyond the nuclear family, consisting of aunts, uncles, and cousins all living nearby or in the same household.In an extended family, parents and their children`s families may often live under a single roof. This type of joint family often includes multiple generations in the family.

The extended family may live together for many reasons, help raise children, support for an ill relative, or help with financial problems. Sometimes children are raised by their grandparents when their biological parents have died or no longer can take care of them. Many grandparents take some primary responsibility for child care, particularly when both parents work. 
There are many advantages and disavantages when living in a nuclear family or an extended one.

What’s your ideal of family?
For us, we want to live in an extended family. Although we have no private space, we can’t take care of our parents and grandparents. When we have free time, we can play with them, tell them our schooldays and they can look after us. Though we can’t do what we want, we’re very happy when living with them. We can gather to eat and meet each other everyday.
