Dear John,
I am writing to ask you for some information and advice on higher education in your country.
I am going to finish secondary school this summer and I have been thinking about pursuing higher education in the UK. Here are the points that want to consult you about.
First, what is the procedure for applying for a student visa? Of course, I have to submit an application but what other documents are required? Do I have to present my financial documents; for examples proof of funds to prove that I am able to pay for my education? If yes, how much income do I have to prove in my financial documents?
Another point I would like to know is the working part time in the UK. Can international students work part time while studying in the UK? How many hours per week are they allowed to do part –time jobs?
I wish you and your family the best. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regard,
