Example:
I think married women should not pursue a career for some reasons. First, because they are born to take care of the family and they should stay at home, doing housework and looking after their husbands and children. Second, women will be exhausted if they have to do two jobs : at work and at home. Third, women usually get less pay than men for doing the same job.

Example:
I think married women should pursue a career because of the following reasons. First, it is boring and tiring to do housework.Second, women often become passive and dependent on their husbands if they don’t have a job to do. Third, men should share household tasks with their wives.
