Possessive case : ( Sở hữu cách)

1. We use 's after a proper name.
Example: This is Elena's room.
2. We use 's after a singular noun.
Example: This is my mum's book.
- Chúng ta sử dụng 's sau một tên riêng.
EX: This is Nam's pen.
- Chúng ta sử dụng 's sau một danh từ. số ít
EX : This is my teacher's book.
