You say that there are only native teachers, but there are a lot of Vietnamese teachers at school with only a few native teachers at the center now. I’am sorry that there isn’t a native teacher in my class. You also say that each class has no more than 20 students, but there are over 35 students in my class. In the advertisement, you say we have free books and cassette tapes, but now we have to pay for them. My classroom is not air-conditioned as you promised. It is terrible. This isn’t acceptable. Finally, the thing I do not like most about your center is the time. The class time is not the same as what the advertisement says. The teacher often goes to class very late. We have to wiat for her at least ten minutes. Classes also finish very early.
