I would like to have the Vietnamese Cuisine Festival (Lễ hội ẩm thực Việt). All Vietnamese and foreign visitors can participate. It is annually held in big cities such as Ha Noi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City in February.  The aim of this festival is to promote Vietnamese Cuisine Culture to visitors and give an opportunity for businesses, artisans, cooks to exchange experiences on traditional cuisine art. A lot of interesting activities such as street parade; unicorn dancing; cultural performance; street selling food and drink… will be held. Then comes the food-cooking competition. Participants from restaurants, cook training schools from all over the country will make dishes, then garnish and give a presentation about them. A board of chefs will evaluate and declare the winner. I am sure it will be a best-known festival throughout the world.
