We can use the to-infinitive after certain adj to give a reason for the adj:
Noun/ Pronoun + linking verb + adj + to-infinitive

We can use the to-infinitive in structures with “it” and certain adj to make a cmt or judgement
It + linking verb + adj (for sbd) + to-infinitive
Ex: It is interesting to talk to him.
We can use to-infinitive after certain abstract nouns to say what action they relate to.
Noun+ to-infinitive
Ex: Your dream to become a teacher will come true.
