Use: to make a comment or judgement
Adjectives:
easy, difficult, hard(khó nhọc), interesting, boring, nice, great, good, possible(có thể), impossible(không thể xảy ra), likely(dường như, có thể), important, necessary, unreasonable(vo lý), unlikely, etc.
It + linking verb + adj +(for + Sb) + to-V1
Ex: 1. we should study English everyday. It is necessary.

2. Laura can’t enjoy the birthday party. It is unlikely

3. We like to listen to “Ghen Covy” these days. It is interesting

4. Don`t try to make him change his mind. It`s not easy.

5. They can keep him quarantine for 14 days. It is possible
