Vietnam is famous for its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easily bring to anyone\'s mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They have filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in the year, such as Tet holiday.

There are many delicious dishes in Vietnam, but one of the popular dishes is Banh Mi which originated from Ho Chi Minh City. Banh Mi called “Vietnamese Sandwich” is the most popular street food in Vietnam because of its convenience, deliciousness and being full of nutrients. The components of the Vietnamese Sandwich are very diverse such as pork, fried eggs, pate, cucumber, green onion, butter, and chili sauce. All of these create a unique flavor of this dish. Vietnamese Sandwich is served as an ideal breakfast and light snack. Today, Vietnamese Sandwich is not only common in Ho Chi Minh City, but it is also very popular in other cities in Vietnam. People can buy this dish very easily on the Vietnamese streets.
