Dear Mr. Manager,
How are you doing these days? I hope you are always fine.
Last week we went to your restaurant to have lunch. I was
very sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the food and
the service in your restaurant. First, the food was very bad:
the soup was salty and the chicken was bitter. Besides, the
drink had no ice. Second, when we entered, no one greeted
us. We had to sit at the table for a long time. When a waiter
came, he was angry with us. I hope that you should improve
your food and service. Then more customers will come to
your restaurant.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon about this
issue.
Yours respectfully,
Lam Ha Thuy Uyen
