I. Đột biến cấu trúc NST
Đột biến cấu trúc NST là gì?
Các NST bị biến đổi khác với NST ban đầu như thế nào?
Các dạng của đột biến cấu trúc NST?

Đột biến cấu trúc NST là gì?
Đột biến cấu trúc nhiễm sắc thể là sự biến đổi trong
cấu trúc của nhiễm sắc thể. Sự biến đổi này bao
gồm: tăng hoặc giảm số lượng gen trên nhiễm sắc
thể, thay đổi trình tự sắp xếp của các gen trên nhiễm
sắc thể đó dẫn đến biến đổi hình dạng và cấu trúc
của nhiễm sắc thể.

Dạng biến đổi lặp đoạn: là sự trao đổi chéo không cân giữa các cromatit
tương đồng.

Dạng biến đổi đảo đoạn: NST bị đứt ra,đoạn bị đứt đảo ngược 1800 sau đó
được nối lại

II. Nguyên nhân phát sinh và tính chất của đột biến
cấu trúc NST
1. Nguyên nhân phát sinh
• Đột biến cấu trúc NST xảy ra do điều kiện tự nhiên hoặc là do con người
tác động
+ Do điều kiện tự nhiên: rối loạn quá trình sinh lý sinh hóa của tế bào -> phá
vỡ cấu trúc của NST hoặc làm cho NST sắp xếp lại.
+ Do con người: con người tác động sẽ ảnh hưởng xấu đến môi trường bên
ngoài-> ảnh hưởng đến cấu trúc của NST của các sinh vật sinh sống.

• Phòng chống sử dụng vũ khí hạt nhân, vũ khí hóa học

2. Tính chất đột biến cấu trúc NST
Tại sao đột biến cấu trúc NST lại gây
hại cho sinh vật?
Vì sau khi trải qua quá trình biến đổi lâu dài,
các gen được sắp xếp hài hòa trên NST. Biến
đổi cấu trúc NST sẽ làm thay đổi số lượng và
cách sắp xếp gen nên thường gây hại cho sinh
vật

Đột biến cấu trúc NST làm biến đổi cách sắp xếp bình thường
của các gen nên thường gây hại
Đôi khi đột biến cấu trúc NST cũng có lợi -> có ý nghĩa trong chọn
giống và tiến hóa.
Ví dụ:
Làm mất đi 1 đoạn gen có hại trong sinh vật, lặp đoạn cho sinh
vật có lợi cho công nghiệp
