Unit 10:SPACE TRAVEL
PROJECT
Hi!
THIS IS US
Hello everyone, I am the director of the Space Travel Agency.
Welcome to the future of travel! On behalf of our company, I am
proud to introduce an unprecedented opportunity: A journey to the
Red Planet – Mars .
Red Planet – Mars
First, I'll say something about Mars. As you know,
Mars is the 4th planet in our solar system. Mars has
two natural satellites, Phobos and Deimos. With a
radius of 2,106 miles (3,390 kilometers), Mars is about
half the size of Earth. The atmosphere of Mars is much
thinner than Earth's. . Mar's temperatures are from 151°C to 20°C. Mars is colder than Earth.
If you were to stand on the surface of Mars on the
equator at noon, it would feel like spring at your feet
and winter at your head. Mars is called Red Planet
because iron minerals in the Martian soil oxidize, or
rust, causing the soil and atmosphere to look red.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TOUR:
Mars' diverse geography, which ranges from massive volcanoes and deep
canyons to vast deserts, makes the planet an attractive tourist destination. Some
key attractions such as Olympus Mons ( the largest volcano), Valles Marineris (
the grandest canyon)....
Olympus Mons
Valles Marineris
EXPERIENCE:
Clients will encounter the unique experiences:
weightlessness during transit; views of Earth
and Mars from space.
Landing and exploration on Mars; activities like
rover rides and spacewalks.
SAFETY & SECURITY :
If you are concerned about the safety of your trip, our company
assures participants of its unwavering commitment to safety and
security. Before departure, you will be trained by the best
experts so that you can adapt to the conditions on Mars.
WHAT SHOULD CLIENTS PACK?
-Travellers should pack lightweight, comfortable and warm layers
clothing for the spacecraft journey and colder temperatures on Mars
-They should also bring space suits for surface exploration.
-Clients will have to bring nutrient-rich space food and hydration
packs or water bottles.
-Additionally, you can bring cameras or recording devices to capture
the beautiful sights; personal devices for entertainment or
communication.
HOW MUCH DOES THE TOUR COST?
The cost of a trip to Mars is substantial, ranging from hundreds
of thousands to millions of dollars per person. Before the trip,
you must pay a deposit of 500,000 USD and an extra 100,000
USD for training costs. However, early booking discounts or
special offers may be available, so you should provide us with
accurate information.
HOW ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY IS
THE TOUR?
- The tour is designed to minimize its ecological footprint on both
Earth and Mars.
- The spacecraft utilizes advanced, eco-friendly systems to minimize
emissions and reduce environmental impact during launch and transit.
-- Participants are encouraged to conserve resources such as water,
energy, and supplies during the journey.
=> Overall, the Mars tour is environment – friendly .
My presentation ends here, I invite
you to join us on an extraordinary
journey to Mars - a trip that
represents an amazing human
achievement. Thank you for
considering the opportunity this
attraction. Let's conquer the Red
Planet together. The adventure
begins now.
