1. Modal could with wish and the past simple with wish:
a. Ba / can have / a new bicycle.
Ba wishes he could have a new bicycle.
S + wish(es) + S +could/ would + V.
EX: We wish we could make a trip around the world.
I. FUTURE POSSIBLE: Có thể xảy ra trong tương lai
S + wish(es) + S +could/ would + V.
He wishes he would win the lottery ticket in the future.
II. PRESENT UNREAL: Không thật ở hiện tại
S + wish(es) + S + V2/ V-ed .
EX: I wish I had more money.
