2.spirit (n): a person’s feelings, character, state of mind
Ex: You must try to keep your spirit up.

->contestant (n) One who contests; an opponent;
4.Stimulate (v): make someone become more active
Eg: The aim of competition is to stimulate the spirit of learning English among students.
5.Sponsor (n) : a person, company that agrees to support somebody by paying money for his or her study, work
