Một bếp năng lượng Mặt Trời dùng gương lõm.
Bếp năng lượng Mặt Trời là một thiết bị giữ các tia nắng và dùng năng lượng nầy để đun nấu các loại thực phẩm hoặc đun nước sôi.
Một trong các thiết kế là gồm một cái thau bằng nhôm, được cách ly tốt đặt trong một hộp gỗ. Một tấm kiếng đậy trên miệng thau có gắn với một tấm phản chiếu ở phía sau.
Các thiết kế dùng gương hay thấu kính Fresnel để hội tụ ánh nắng vào điểm cần đun nấu có thể được dùng. Các bếp này có thể đạt công suất vài trăm Watt và nhiệt độ tới 200°C.
