RULE 1: Most adjectives become adverbs by adding - ly
slow -> slowly
poor -> poorly
RULE 2: If an adjective ends with the letter y, change the y to i and add - ly
happy -> happily

our city start planning to improve water safety
awareness for children. The aim of program
is to teach primary and secondary students about water safety. Following are some of the advice every kid should.....(clear) remember.
