The Apollo 11 was launched on July 16,1969.
It was used for controlling the oxygen, tenperature and pressure inside the spacesuit.
For two and a half hours
They performed a variety of experiments and collected soil and rock samples to return to Earth
They returned to the Earth on July 24,1969
