Unit 2
Personal Experiences
Speaking
Talking about past experiences and how they affected one’s life.
I have a terrifying experience. That was the first time I had a motorbike accident. That day it rained heavily, my sister drove me to school. Due to the rain, the road was very slippery, there was a car rushing towards us. Both my sister and I were in a panic at that time. Our car collapsed and was on my leg. Thinking about it alone, I was able to feel the pain of that moment. Feeling bad. Fortunately, the other car brakes in time. Then I was admitted to the hospital. My sister were lucky not to be seriously injured. My left leg was broken at the time. Until now, every time I ride on a motorbike, I feel nervous. This was not a very pleasant experience but it helped me and my sister get closer.
