B. At the post office
To ask about prices, we usually use “how
much”.
Structure 
Example: How much is this letter?
It is 2,000 dong.
How much is + singular noun ?
How much are + plural noun ?
(With the answers, you don’t have to use “dong”.
You can use other money units such as: “dolars”, “ cents”, “Yuan”,…
According to the conversasing case and what you buy)
Example: How much are these envelopes?
They’re 10,000 dong.
