Nowadays, our environment is very polluted. So today my group is entering a competition to lead the Green Club in your school. We have the question: What would you do to reduce pollution in our country if you were the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment? Now we will find the answer to the above question



If I were the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, the first thing I would do is to launch a nationwide campaign of conserving energy: turning off lights, computers, and electric appliances when not in use
Using energy efficient light bulbs and appliances
I would encourage using public transport instead of using private cars, and I myself would do it first.

Besides, I would encourage every family, school, organization or association to carry out the THREE-R movement: REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE.
I would fine heavily the companies which dump industrial waste without treatment. I would fine people who do bad things to environment: littering, disafforestation, and waste dumping into rivers.
I would build the waste treatment systems and build parks everywhere.
I would hold many meaningful activities for the environment such as growing tress, taking care of public parks, projecting the rare animals and plants
