Student B: Well, a childcare worker has to look after children when their parents are at work, or away on business. Basically, they keep children safe and care for their everyday needs. That’s why nurturing skills are important.
Student A: Oh I see. How about orgnizational skills? Do you think they’re necessary for her?.
Student B: Sure. A good childcare worker should know how to orgnize children’s play activities. She should also be able to teach simple drawing and songs, and take part in games and other physical activites.
