Yes it is. Because tourism plays an important role in the development of the country.
Tourism is very important to Viet Nam, because It’s a key factor in our economy. Moreover, tourism raise positive image of Viet Nam for foreign travelers.

C- Traditional ways of life are affected. → Tourism changes the life and habits of local people, especially the people in the remote or mountainous areas.
D- Social problems may arise. → Sell things for tourists at very high price, crime such as pick-pocket, robbery,…

* Sample writing:
As we know, tourism brings a lot of advantages to our country. However, it has obvious drawbacks to many aspects. One of the first disadvantage of tourism is environmental damage. Tourists use a lot of local resources such as water, food, energy, etc., and this puts pressure on the environment. Secondly, there is the problem of pollution. Many cities and towns become overcrowded with tourists, with all their vehicles causing traffic jams as well as air and noise pollution. Another bad effect of tourism is the destruction of wildlife in some places. The habitat of wild plants and animals is lost because of the building of tourist resorts, and by visitors` activities.
In short, the development of tourism has bad effects on the environment.
