- We use “whom” but not “who”, “which” but not “that” after prepositions.
Ex:

The picture at which you are looking is one of the most famous works by Monet.
-But when we place the preposition at the end of the sentence, we can drop relative pronoun.
Ex: That is the girl I share the apartment with.
