The number of participants is limited- just 25. The competition is held on 25th November, 2009 at 106 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi . It starts at 8.00 p.m. Contestants should be present at about 7.00 p.m for registration. Contestants have to fill in an application form.
