How to stay healthy
Vocabulary:
1/ relieve /ri´li:v/ = reduce, release, ease
Ex: After school, I play sports to release stress.
2/ Immune system /ɪˈmjun ˌsɪs·təm/
= the body`s cells and organs that fight illness and disease
a part of the body of a person, animal, or plant that performs a special job (cơ quan/ bộ phận). Eg: digestive organ; genital organ - cq sinh dục ; gustory organ – cq vị giác);

=> I think eating healthy food is an important principle that we must follow. Because we consume foods and drinks everyday. We must take a look at what we eat.

=> I totally agree with 4 principles because they are easy to carry out and both good for our health.
