Task 3. Listen again. Which safety rules are mentioned for each type of
physical activity? Tick the correct boxes.
Task 4. Work in groups. Each group chooses a different activity from 3. Discuss the following:
a. Health benefits
b. Safety tips mentioned in the talk. Do you agree or disagree with them?
c. Add any additional precautions people may need to take.
Examples:
- Don’t do it after eating a full meal.
-Y ou need the instructions from a qualified coach.
- Never do it alone.
- Don’t do it if you are feeling unwell.
