You know that you want to become fluent in English,
but what does that mean?
There are two parts to fluency: knowing the
language (input) and knowing how to produce the
language (output).

1. Immerse yourself in English every day
2. Accept that English grammar has a lot of exceptions
3. Use mirroring to answer English questions
Listen carefully when someone asks you a question in English and you'll answer
perfectly every time. English questions are like mirrors:
Does he…..? → Yes, he does.
Can she….? → Yes, she can.
Is it….? → No, it isn't.
4. Focus on whole phrases instead of single words
5. Learn intonation, body language and gestures

6. Use speech-to-text for all (English) text
messaging
7. Talk yourself through everyday activities
8. Memorize conversation starters (and use them!)
You might miss out on opportunities to practice English speaking if you just can't
think of anything to say.
