II.Presentation
1. Set the scene
Have SS look at the picture and answer the questions.
Ss look at the picture and answer T`s the questions.
Who are they ?
What are they doing ?
Can you guess what are they talking about?
2. Dialogue build:
Nam : How many .. are there in England?
Nam : What`s the .like in .?
Linda: It`s .
Linda: There are four. They are ., ., .,and.
T reads three times -> Ss listen and repeat.
T-> a good student ; S -> T; Ss-> Ss.
Have Ss come to the board and fill in the gaps.
T corrects if necessary.
- Ss practice the dialogue in pairs.


S1: What`s the weather like in summer?
S2: It`s hot.
Model sentences:
Use: Công thức này dùng để hỏi và trả lời
về thời tiết vào các mùa.

Form:
What`s the weather like in + season?
It`s + cool/hot/warm/cold.
III. Practice
*) Picture drill
Have Ss look at the pictures one asks the other answers.
Run through the pictures.
T gives example.
S1: What`s the weather like in summer?
S2: It`s hot.
Have Ss read the model after the teacher then Ss read
the model.
- Ss work in pairs.
- T calls some pairs to read in front of the class.
IV.Futher practice
T asks Ss to ask and answer base on model.
- Ss work in pairs.
- T makes model.


S1: What`s the weather like in...?
S2: It`s.......
- Have Ss work in pairs.

- Ss listen to them and remark.
- Call on some pairs to read their answers.
- Teacher goes around the class and monitors.
V. HOMEWORK:
Learn by heart vocabulary and structure.
- Do exersices 1,2,3 in workbook. (P.72+73)
- Practice reading the dialogue again.
