Over the last ten years, there have been noticeable changes in Vietnam`s climate due to the rise in temperatures and sea level. It is hotter and hotter and the temperatures reach 40c or even over. Summer rainfall has declined, causing droughts in many areas, for example in central and central highland provinces. In rainny season, the levels of flooding and storms have increased rapidly. They are often unpredictable. The most vulnerable areas are Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen.
