* RELIEVING STRESS
- Stress is an indispensable but terrible part of everyone’s life. Stress serves an important purpose - it enables us to respond quickly to threats and avoid danger.
- Having too much stress may lead to mental health difficulties and physical health problems as well
- Relieving stress is taking action to reduce stress.
- We can meditate, exercise, listen to music, eat great food, etc to feel better.
How to relieve stress
Find out where your stress comes from
- Once you know the roots of our stress, you can make a list of practical ways and solve them step by step
- Gradually, you have more professional skills in fighting against the monster called "stress"
- Eg: If you feel stressed because of studying then you can start with changing your study routine and study method.

Clean up your space
- Working or studying in a mess is really stressful so please give your space a quick clean

* EATING HEALTHY FOOD
`Eat to live, not live to eat`
- Bad nutrition based on fast food, and meals high in fat and sugar can lead to obesity, diabetes, some types of cancer and other chronic diseases
- Eat the right amount of calories to balance the energy you get from food and the energy you use
- Make sure you have a wide range of foods to receive all the nutrients you need.
- Remember to eat less saturated fat, sugar and salt, and more fish, fruit, and vegetables.
* EXERCISING REGULARLY
- Walking is an easy and effective way to improve our health
- Help us keep fit, strengthen bones, and boost muscles
- Reduce your risk of having heart disease, cancers but also lose body fat
- Walking is free and doesn`t require any special equipment or training.
- Walking is also a great physical activity for people who are overweight, old, or who haven`t exercised for a long time.
- There are many ways to make your daily walk more interesting including:
walking with other people and walking with your dog or listening to music while walking.
Yoga
- In the earlier days, the followers of Hinduism and Buddhism used to practice it. Yoga slowly became more common in Western countries.
- Practice yoga exercises to relax their mind and keep body fitness.
- This exercise is simple and suitable for people of all ages
- The purpose of yoga is to build both mental and physical strength
- Once you get older, your flexibility may decrease, especially if you spent a lot of time sitting, which leads to pain and immobility. Yoga can help slow down this process.
- Before taking prescription medicine, we should try natural remedies
