Những khó khăn và thách thức nước Đức gặp phải.
1.Nước Đức mở cửa chào đón người tị nạn
-Sự việc bắt đầu bằng dòng người tỵ nạn từ Syria tràn ngập nhà ga trung tâm thủ đô Budapest của Hungari cuối tháng 8 năm 2015 đòi được đi tiếp sang Đức và Áo.
-Trong bối cảnh đó Thủ tướng Đức Angela Merkel tuyên bố sẵn sàng tiếp nhận những người này, chính thức kích hoạt cho dòng di cư từ các nước Bắc Phi và Trung Đông, đặc biệt là từ Syria, tràn vào Đức và châu Âu.
1.Nước Đức mở cửa chào đón người tị nạn
-Ban đầu đại đa số người dân hoan nghênh quyết định này của bà Merkel. Họ chào đón người tỵ nạn ở biên giới, nhà ga, sân bay với hoa, gấu bông và đồ chơi cho trẻ em, áo quần cho người lớn.
-Nhiều tổ chức nhân đạo, nhiều cá nhân sẵn sàng dành diện tích văn phòng, thậm chí nhà ở, để bố trí cho người tỵ nạn.
-Nhà tập thể thao ở các trường học, các khu nhà bỏ trống, trại lính, khu nhà làm thủ tục sân bay cũ được bố trí làm chỗ ở tạm thời cho người tị nạn. [...]
2.Lý giải về nguồn gốc chính sách của nước Đức
-Trong hai cuộc chiến tranh thế giới đẫm máu trong thế kỷ 20 nước Đức đã gây ra hậu quả vô cùng to lớn không chỉ làm lãnh thổ bị thu hẹp lại so với trước năm 1913, mà còn là một thời gian dài Đức bị khống chế bởi quy chế nước bại trận.
Vì chính sách phi nhân tính của quốc xã Đức mà hàng triệu người Do Thái bị thiêu trong các lò thiêu người, chết dần chết mòn trong các trại tập trung.
Người Do Thái hay những người tham gia phong trào chống phát-xít đều phải rời bỏ quê hương chạy sang các nước khác, đặc biệt là sang Mỹ
Vào những năm cuối cùng của Cộng hòa Dân chủ Đức khi hàng triệu người dân Đông Đức chạy sang Tiệp Khắc, Hungari để nhờ cưu mang và mở đường cho họ chạy sang Tây Đức trước khi bức tường Berlin sụp đổ cuối năm 1989



Chính vì lịch sử như vậy nên người dân Đức cảm thông sâu sắc trước nỗi khổ của người dân Syria, Afghanistan, hay Iraq phải rời bỏ quê hương chạy trốn chiến tranh, chết chóc. Với vai trò đầu tàu Châu Âu của Đức, Đức đã làm được một việc hết sức lớn lao là giang tay đón những người tỵ nạn từ các cuộc xung đột và nội chiến ở Trung Đông và nhiều nơi khác.

3.Những khó khăn và thách thức nước Đức gặp phải
Kiểm soát biên giới không còn được thực hiện nghiêm ngặt
Huy động cả người tình nguyện giúp đỡ nhưng cũng không giải quyết kịp
Nước Đức chấn động vì hàng loạt các vụ tấn công tình dục trong đêm giao thừa 2016
Người tị nạn đợi đăng ký chỗ ở tại Passau, miền nam Đức hôm 16/1
Hàng nghìn người dân Đức đã biểu tình chống lại người tị nạn ở thành phố Cologne sau các vụ gây rối tình dục vào đêm Giao thừa.
